About the Product
MIZAR binoculars, telescopes, and monoculars come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep your warranty card and delivery note safe. In the event of a malfunction under normal use, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Please feel free to contact us.
For first-time binocular users, we recommend models that are "6-10x magnification," "lightweight," and have a "wide field of view." Recommendations for concerts, sports spectating, outdoor activities, and more can be found on our "Shop by Use" pages.
Yes. The models we carry are designed for beginners, requiring no tools and being easy to assemble. You can easily assemble and use them right out of the box, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We generally do not repair older MIZAR products. Even for discontinued products, we may have parts in stock, so please contact us first.
Depending on the model, it is possible to observe lunar craters, Jupiter's stripes, Saturn's rings, and more.
Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been prepared for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order via our inquiry form or email. Please note that once shipping procedures have been completed, we will not be able to accept cancellations.
We apologize, but we are currently not accepting backorders. If you add the item to your wish list using the "Add to Wish List" button on the product page, we will send an email notification to your registered email address when the item is back in stock.
We apologize, but we do not currently offer gift wrapping.
About Payment
We will include the delivery note with your order. If you would like a receipt, please contact us via the inquiry form with your order number.

Shipping Information
A flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) will be charged for delivery nationwide. Orders totaling 3,500 yen (tax included) or more will qualify for free shipping.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days after confirmation. After shipping, delivery typically takes 1-3 days (depending on the region). If there are delays in delivery due to stock availability or high order volume, we will contact you separately.
Currently, we only ship domestically. We plan to consider international shipping in the future.
Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Your order will be shipped by one of these shipping companies.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of product arrival, limited to unused and unopened items. In the case of initial defective products, we will replace them at our expense. For returns due to customer convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges only if the product is unused and unopened within 7 days of arrival. As these are outlet items, we will cover the cost of exchange only if the product itself has an initial defect, excluding the outer packaging. For returns due to customer convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
If returns are accepted, we will issue a refund according to the payment method used at the time of order once we have confirmed receipt of the product. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card company. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be deposited into your specified bank account.
Regarding your order
If your order was completed successfully, we will automatically send a confirmation email to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, please check the following:
Whether it was sorted into your spam folder
Whether there was an error in the email address you entered
Whether your settings allow you to receive emails from "@mizar.co.jp"
If you still do not receive it after checking the above, please contact us using the inquiry form.
