Order Process

Review Your Cart
Review the quantity and contents on the cart page.
Enter Your Information
Enter the recipient's name, address, phone number, and other details.
Select Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment method.
Confirm Your Order
Review your order details and confirm.
Order Confirmation Email
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available.

Shipping
- After your order is confirmed (or after payment is confirmed for bank transfers), we will ship your order usually within 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery may take longer depending on stock and delivery area.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete addresses or prolonged absence, we may cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Defective or Wrong Items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.
Customer-Requested Returns / Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for items in unused and unopened condition. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
Cases We Cannot Accept Returns / Exchanges
- More than 8 days have passed since delivery
- Damage or stains caused by the customer
- Items that have been opened or used (except defective items)
Order Cancellation
Customer-requested cancellations are accepted only before shipping preparation. After shipping, cancellations are treated as returns.

Personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) will be used only for the following purposes.
- Shipping products and providing services
- Confirming order details and processing payments
- Responding to inquiries
- Notifications of new products and sales
