*Orders may be declined due to out-of-stock items or incomplete order details.

Payment is processed at the time of order.
Shop Pay Payment is processed at the time of order.
Apple Pay / Google Pay Payment is processed at the time of order.
PayPay Payment is processed on the provider screen during checkout.
Rakuten Pay Payment is processed on the provider screen during checkout.
au PAY Payment is processed on the provider screen during checkout.
Convenience Store Payment Please pay at a convenience store within 7 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Bank Transfer Please transfer within 7 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Cash on Delivery Please pay when the product is delivered.

Shipping

  • After your order is confirmed (or after payment is confirmed for bank transfers), we will ship your order usually within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery may take longer depending on stock and delivery area.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete addresses or prolonged absence, we may cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.

Customer-Requested Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for items in unused and unopened condition. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.

Cases We Cannot Accept Returns / Exchanges

  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery
  • Damage or stains caused by the customer
  • Items that have been opened or used (except defective items)

Order Cancellation

Customer-requested cancellations are accepted only before shipping preparation. After shipping, cancellations are treated as returns.
