Delivery Time
After your order is confirmed (or after payment is confirmed for bank transfers), products will usually be shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery may take longer depending on stock and the delivery area.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer-Requested Returns / Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for items in unused and unopened condition. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
Defective or Wrong Items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.
Cases We Cannot Accept Returns / Exchanges
- More than 8 days have passed since delivery
- Damage or stains caused by the customer
- Items that have been opened or used (except defective items)
Withdrawal of Application / Cancellation of Contract
Due to the nature of our products, customer-requested cancellations are accepted only before shipping preparation. Cancellations after shipping will be treated as returns.
