Terms of service

The following Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") are established for the use of the online shop (hereinafter "the Service") operated by MIZAR-TEC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Service, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and the customer regarding the use of the Service. Individual rules and guidelines posted by the Company on the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms.

Ordering Products

A sales contract is concluded when the customer orders a product through the Service and the Company sends an order confirmation email. However, the Company may decline or cancel an order in the following cases.

• When the product is out of stock
• When there is an error in the order details
• When the customer's information contains false statements
• Other cases where the Company deems the transaction inappropriate

Payment

Payment for products shall be made only by the methods displayed on the Service. The customer shall pay the total amount including the product price and the separately displayed shipping fees and handling charges.

Delivery

The Company will ship products to the delivery address designated by the customer. Please note the following points regarding delivery.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete addresses or prolonged absence, the order may be cancelled

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with the Company's return policy. We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• When the product is defective or damaged
• When a product different from the order is delivered

Customer-requested returns or exchanges are accepted only when the product is unused and unopened. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the contents posted on the Service (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders. The customer may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or sell these without the prior written consent of the Company.

Prohibited Acts

When using the Service, the customer shall not engage in the following acts.

• Acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties
• Registering or transmitting false information
• Purchases for the purpose of resale
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the contents of the Service. Furthermore, the Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the following causes.

• Force majeure such as natural disasters, fires, or power outages
• Communication line or system failures
• Customer's operational errors or environmental issues

Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

The Company may change the contents of the Service or temporarily suspend or terminate the provision of the Service without prior notice to the customer. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to the customer as a result.

Changes to the Terms

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service. If the customer uses the Service after the change, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with jurisdiction by agreement.
